The role of the psychologist in an organization is to facilitate the change of the traditional organizational culture managed by “superiors” to a modern one in which employee teams are managed by “leaders”. The amount of routine work, carried out individually, is decreasing, in favour of teamwork, so the importance of team-building skills and leadership is growing. Work is also an increasingly complex activity in which employees must engage personally.
